I am a certified Soul Touch Therapy practitioner based in Traverse City, Michigan. I'm also a dancer, musician, and writer.

Receiving bodywork has been a vital part of my healing journey, helping me discover new depths of self-acceptance and soothing my active mind. I knew I wanted to share the power of healing touch with others, and when I came across the somatically-informed work of Soul Flow Vibe, I chose to combine her method with my own years of experience providing bodywork for friends and family.

It is my passion to create spaces where clients feel safe, nurtured, and held as they find renewed connection to their bodies and breath.
